You will be welcomed by your Tour guide, and the journey will start to the east of Windhoek to Gobabis ,a 1 hour drive from this beautiful town will bring us to Harnas Wildlife Foundation. Harnas is one of the few wildlife orphanages and medical centers in the world to take in abused, injured, and captured wild animals from Namibia, Botswana, and southern African nations, saving hundreds of animals per year. Its mission is to protect life; done through the responsible and effective management, regulation and understanding of the resources necessary for this task.

After breakfast we will be joining a local guide on a feeding Frenzy, where we will be driving from enclosure to enclosure feeding lions, caracals, wild dogs, cheetahs ,leopards and chacma baboons and not a gang of mongooses. The afternoon, we will join a local guide once more for yet another exciting afternoon tour. Which introduces us to the young , injured or sick animals kept on the farm for further check-ups until they are ready to be released.

The last day awaits us with a lot of fun and an experience never to be forgotten .In the morning we will join the volunteers on the farm as well as an experience volunteer-Co ordinator on a Cheetah walk for about 2 hours. After the walk we will than join the volunteers once again on a Chacma Baboon walk. In the evening we will be picked up by the local guide for a sundowner drive and listening to the lion roaring.

We depart Harnas Wildlife Fundation and travel east towards the Botswana border and all the way to the Thakadu Bush camp.On arrival guest can enjoy the rest of the day relaxing and recovering from the long drive. Thakadu Camp is a safari lodge situated just South of Ghanzi, overlooking a calcrete pan and floodlit waterhole of extraordinary beauty, surrounded by ancient Leadwood trees and frequented by large numbers of indigenous wildlife, including a wonderful variety of both resident and migrant birds.

After breakfast we will be joining the bushman on a excursion you will never forget as they take us on a one and a half hour walk to show us there way of living and hunting in the Kalahari. Afterwards we than continue our journey to the next destination situated at the edge of the Okavango Delta. We will join a local guide on the Mokoro trip for 2 hours and also enjoy the sunset of the Okavango Delta.

After breakfast we continue on a short two and half hour drive to the Moremi Game Reserve. The Moremi Game Reserve covers much of the eastern side of the Okavango Delta and combines permanent water with drier areas, which create some startling and unexpected contrasts. Some prominent geographical features of the Reserve are Chiefs Island and the Moremi Tongue. In the Moremi Reserve one can experience excellent views of Savannah game as well as bird-watching on the lagoons. On arrival we do a short day drive in the Reserve and head back to the camp.

The next morning after breakfast a whole lot of excitement waits on us, as we head of with a local experience guide into the Moremi Game Reserve, for a full day of game viewing and we visit waterholes after waterholes. In the afternoon the rest of the day can be use as pool and sightseeing time, where guest can just roam at take pictures and enjoy the beautiful place.

We depart in the morning after breakfast on a 5 hour drive to our next destination, towards Maun again .Our next lodge is situated on the western bank of the Boteti River, northwest of Khumaga Village and about 140 kilometres southeast of Maun. The eastern bank of the Boteti forms the boundary of the Makgadikgadi Pans National Park, which stretches away from the riverbank towards its interior of scrubland and mineral-rich grasslands. In the evening we will join a local guide on a unbeatable night drive to see night active animals.

We proceed in the morning after breakfast to the world of Elephants. Elephant Sands Lodge is a wonderful place to stay, especially in the evening when the elephants are in the waterhole or near the cottages. Amazing experience! Unforgettable memories! Elephants come and drink a few feet from the guests! On arrival we will enjoy the presents of the giants up close.

After breakfast we head to Kasane, where we will spend 1night at the Chobe safari lodge, one of the most beautiful lodges in Botswana with great activities. On arrival we will join a local guide on a board cruise safari for 3 hours , where we will have opportunities on seeing crocodiles ,hippos , Buffalos and great birdlife. This is one safari one doesn’t want to miss out.

Day 11 .
END OF TOUR. Guest will be transferred to the Kasane airport for the connecting flight back home
